Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Impactline Bid, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on that company's behalf.
What the service provides
Impactline Bid helps businesses discover public procurement opportunities, review solicitation information, organize documents, manage a bid pipeline, and generate AI-assisted summaries and drafts.
Impactline Bid does not act as a contracting agency, guarantee that a listing is complete or current, submit a bid for you, or guarantee an award. You remain responsible for checking the issuing agency's official notice and portal before acting.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.
You may not share access in a way that circumvents account controls, impersonate another person, or use the service if you are not legally able to enter into these terms.
Your content and documents
You retain ownership of company profiles, documents, notes, and other materials you provide. You give Impactline Bid permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Do not upload classified information, controlled government data, another party's confidential material without authorization, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
Public data and AI-generated output
Procurement information can originate from third-party government systems and may be delayed, changed, duplicated, or withdrawn. Always rely on the official solicitation and amendments for submission requirements and deadlines.
AI-generated summaries, recommendations, and drafts may contain mistakes or omit material details. They are working aids, not legal, financial, compliance, or procurement advice. Review every output before using it in a bid or business decision.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at a disruptive rate, use it to violate procurement rules, or help another person do any of those things.
Fees and separate agreements
Searching and preparing work may be offered without a subscription. If a success fee or another paid service applies, its rate, trigger, payment timing, and contract-specific exceptions will be stated in a separate written agreement before the relevant bid is submitted.
If a signed agreement conflicts with these general terms on pricing or a specific engagement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. See About & Fees for a plain-language overview of the current model.
Third-party services
The service may link to government portals and rely on hosting, email, identity, data, or AI providers. Their systems and terms are outside our control. A link or integration does not make Impactline Bid responsible for that third party's content, availability, or decisions.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Impactline Bid disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for bid eligibility, certifications, pricing, representations, submission, compliance, and performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel before they take effect.
Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@impactline.org.
