Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Impactline Bid handles information when you visit the website, create an account, connect Google sign-in, build a company profile, save opportunities, upload documents, or use AI features. It should be read with our Terms.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- name, work email, company, and account credentials;
- Google account identifiers when you choose Google sign-in;
- company capabilities, classifications, locations, and preferences;
- saved opportunities, pipeline stages, tasks, notes, and documents;
- questions, prompts, feedback, and support communications.
Please do not provide classified information, controlled government data, or sensitive personal information that is not needed to use the service.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral data, and diagnostic events. We use this information to run, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the service.
Public procurement data
Impactline Bid collects procurement notices and related information from government systems and other public sources. That public-source information is not treated as your account information, although your searches, saved records, notes, and pipeline activity are associated with your account.
How information is used
- provide authentication and keep your account secure;
- operate search, profile, pipeline, document, and AI features;
- personalize opportunity matching and generated bid materials;
- send verification, password-reset, security, and service messages;
- detect abuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability;
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
AI processing
When you use an AI feature, the information needed for that request—such as your prompt, relevant opportunity details, and selected company profile information—may be sent to an AI service provider to generate a response. Do not include information in a prompt that you are not authorized to share with that provider.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, keep accounts secure, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and backup cycle.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so use a unique password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights
You may update account and company profile information through the service. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law. Rights can vary based on where you live.
