Who it's for

Built for the companies doing the work.

Public buyers contract for almost everything a private one does. You do not need a capture team or a contracting history — you need to see the work before the deadline does.

FAQ

Questions before you start.

What does it cost to use Impactline?

Searching, opening a solicitation and preparing a bid are free. There is no subscription and no per-seat fee. Impactline charges 7% only on a contract you actually win.

Where do the listings come from?

Newly posted federal, state and local solicitations, alongside incumbent awards that are approaching expiry and will go back out to bid. Federal records come from SAM.gov and USAspending.gov.

Do you submit the bid for me?

No. Impactline shows what each solicitation requires, what the response has to include and which portal it is filed through. You submit through the buyer's own system, as the contracting officer expects.

What counts as a win?

A contract awarded to your company that you found and tracked through Impactline. If no award comes your way, there is nothing to pay.

Do I need past government contracts to use this?

No. Describe what your company delivers and where it operates, and the assistant matches you against live listings on capability rather than contracting history.

Can my whole team work in the same account?

Yes. Saved bids, checklists and stage changes are shared, so anyone on the team can see how far along a submission is and what is still outstanding.
